1. The website and the service
This site is an informational and marketing platform. It presents the service, receives registration requests and offers information about how the platform works. Trading transactions themselves are executed with the legal entity providing the brokerage service, under terms presented to you during onboarding. The site and its content are provided for lawful use by residents of the jurisdictions the service serves.
2. Use of the website and services
You may use the site and the service for their purpose: learning about the platform, registering an account, running strategies, depositing and withdrawing funds. You agree to provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential and use only payment methods in your own name. The service is available to those over 18 who pass identity verification.
3. Restrictions
You may not: use the service where local law prohibits it; share one account between several people; resell access or use the platform to provide services to third parties; interfere with the site's operation or circumvent its security measures; or misrepresent your identity or the origin of your funds.
4. Prohibited use
Prohibited in all cases: any unlawful activity; spam, scraping or automated abuse of the site; attacks on the infrastructure, including intrusion and denial-of-service attempts; intellectual property violations; uploading malicious code; and using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion. Violations cause immediate suspension and, where applicable, reporting to the authorities.
5. Marketing materials and newsletters
Service notices (security, maintenance, changes affecting your account) are sent to all users as part of the service. Optional marketing emails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw from any message or via support. Subscription to security notices can never be cancelled.
6. Intellectual property
The design, texts, logos, code and visual materials of the site belong to the platform or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, republishing or using the content commercially without written permission is not permitted. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Confidentiality
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. You also keep your credentials confidential: activity carried out with your password and 2FA is treated as yours, which is precisely why sharing them is prohibited.
8. Links to third-party services
The site links to external services (exchanges, payment processors). Their terms, availability and pricing are their own; we are not responsible for third-party content or services, and linking does not imply endorsement.
9. Support
Support is available at [email protected] during the hours on the Contact page. Support will never ask for your password or 2FA codes; whoever does is not us.
10. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor trading results. Market data may be delayed. Nothing on the site is investment advice, and no communication from the platform should be read as a promise of profit.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's liability for damages related to the use of the site is limited to the amounts you deposited in the three months before the event. This limitation does not apply to liabilities the law does not allow to be limited, including fraud, gross negligence and consumers' non-waivable rights.
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold the platform harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of the law or misuse of the service, provided the platform notifies you of the claim and allows you to participate in its defence.
13. Changes and applicable law
The terms may change; the updated version takes effect upon publication, with prior notice on the site for material changes. The terms and the service are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction of the providing entity, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
