1. What this guide covers
The guide is for first-time users: no trading experience is assumed and no jargon is left unexplained. It covers creating and protecting your account, connecting it for trading, configuring analysis and monitoring, and reading the dashboard. By the end you will be able to start and pause strategies, understand the reports and know where each setting lives. Expect the whole process to take under an hour, most of it waiting for confirmations rather than working.
2. Step 1: register your account
Fill in the registration form on this site: first name, last name, email and phone number. Use your real details: they must match the identity document you will provide for verification, and mismatches are the number one cause of delays. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else; a password manager makes this trivial.
Right after registering, enable two-step authentication in the security settings. That one minute protects your withdrawals and your configuration even if the password leaks. Also confirm that sign-in notifications are active: they arrive by email and flag any device you do not recognise.
Your personal manager calls within 24 hours of registration to confirm your details and help with everything in the following steps. You can also write to the team at any time at [email protected].
3. Step 2: connect your exchange account
Trading runs on an API key that you create in your exchange account. In the exchange, generate a new API key with read and trade permissions enabled and the withdrawal permission disabled: the platform never needs withdrawal permission, and disabling it is a free security upgrade.
Enter the key in the platform's connection settings. The status indicator turns green when the connection is live. Two checks at this point: confirm the key's permissions on the exchange side, and make sure your exchange account holds the working balance you plan to trade: deposits happen at the exchange, not on this site. If the connection shows an error after entering the key, the usual causes are IP restrictions on the exchange side or a key copied with extra spaces.
4. Step 3: configure analysis and monitoring
Now choose what the platform should watch: the trading pairs, the conditions under which strategies act, and how you want to be notified. Start conservative: one or two liquid pairs, default risk limits, notifications for signals and executions. You can widen later: starting narrow makes the first weeks legible instead of noisy.
Set your risk limits in money terms before the first strategy starts: the maximum amount at risk per day and in total. These limits apply no matter what any strategy wants to do, and they are the most important settings on the platform. Your manager can review them with you on the onboarding call.
5. Step 4: read the dashboard and stay in charge
The dashboard shows what is happening now: active strategies, open positions, the day's results and the event log. Three habits make it useful. Review the daily summary: a minute is enough. Read the weekly report, which explains results in plain language. And check the audit log after any change, so nothing happens in your account that you cannot explain.
Pausing is one click and takes effect immediately; resuming is just as fast. Control of withdrawals is always yours: strategies never move money outward, only you can do that.
6. Important notes before your first trade
No strategy, automated or not, guarantees profits: past results do not predict future ones and trading carries the risk of partial or total loss of the amount invested. Invest only what you can afford at risk and decide your maximum acceptable loss before you start, not during a losing streak. The Risk disclosure page explains every category in detail; the Fees page shows every cost you might encounter.
